Implementation of a general accrual account. This class is an improved version of the MoneyMarketAccount except that it allow the use of a general index for accrual and also supports past fixings.

Note: For a lattice this is often the value conditional to evalutationTime, for a Monte-Carlo simulation this is the (sum of) value discounted to evaluation time. Cashflows prior evaluationTime are not considered.
